HOW TO GENERATE ICICI CREDIT CARD PIN:

NOTE: Usually Within 7 days of receiving the credit card of ICICI Bank, your credit card PIN is sent to your registered mobile number. If for some reason you do not receive the PIN then you can generate a PIN.

The following is a discussion on how to generate ICICI PIN
Basically, there are 4 methods used to generate credit card PINs.

1. MOBILE BANKING (You can generate a PIN using the smartphone ICICI Mobile App)
2. CUSTOMER CARE (You can also generate a PIN by calling Customer Care) 
3. VISITING ATM (The PIN can be generated even on an ATM machine)
4. INTERNET BANKING (PIN can be generated through Internet Banking)

These are discussed in more detail below:

• HOW TO GENERATE PIN BY MOBILE BANKING: 

1. Basically you need to install ICICI mobile app on your smartphone.

2. You will need to open the app when it is installed

3. When the app is open, you will see a page on your screen you need to log in there by your user id and password.

4. If you are logged in successfully, you select Service & aadhar .

5. After that you have to select “Card Services”

6. Now select your card type “credit/debit” (Select the card you have here)

7. Next account no (You need to type in your bank account number)
Enter 4 digit pin (It can be any pin you like) and re-enter the 4 digit pin for to be confirmed.

8. Now you have to give the mobile number (Here you will give the mobile number that is registered in your bank account).

9. ICICI Bank will send you a 4/6-digit code, which is the mobile number of your registrar. And Collect this code. Provide the code and click on submit.

After a few minutes of running the process, you will receive a message on your screen when the process is complete. You receive the same massage on your register mobile number.

• HOW TO GENERATE PIN BY CALLING CUSTOMER CARE: 

If you want an easy way to generate a PIN then you need to generate a PIN by calling Customer Care. You will need to call with registered mobile number for the first time. And you make a call by this no 18001024242/18601207777. Important thing you can call Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This call type IVR (INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE). You are input all instruction by IVR process. you need to call from your register mobile number.

1. Select your language by IVR instruction

2. Now select ‘generate pin’ by press the related button.

3. Enter the 16 digit credit card number following your credit card (You can see this number on the front of the card)

4. Next type 4 digit pin in your choice.  re-enter the pin and submit following input the mobile key by IVR instruction.

your PIN is generated and you will received a successful message in your mobile number.

• HOW TO GENERATE PIN BY VISITING ATM: 

First you have to go to a nearby ICICI ATM machine. And carry with your ATM card.

1. Insert the card in to the ATM machine (The card has a specific place to insert the ATM machine) and pull out the card.

2. You have to select your language.

 3. As you can see on the ATM screen, “generate pin/you have already OTP” now you select generate pin.

Note: You have to keep your register mobile number, register DOB

4. Next click on “yes”.

You receive an OTP (one time password) by ICICI bank. Please note down the OTP.

5. After that you exit there and re insert the card.

6. Swipe the card and select your language.

7. Select “you have already OTP”.

Enter your OTP here.......

8. Next chose your pin (You can choose any 4 digit pin as you like)
and re-enter the same pin.

Your PIN will be generated within a few minutes. And you see notification on your ATM machine screen for successfully your pin generate.

• HOW TO GENERATE PIN BY INTERNET BANKING: 

at first you need to know if you have an internet connection. You need a internet connection to generate PIN through internet banking.

Open your any browser and search ‘ ICICI internet banking’. You see a page now select “INTERNET BANKING [NET BANKING] ONLINE BANKING… ICICI BANK”

1. Now log in your user id and your password. Wait few minute and your loin successfully. 

2. You will see some options on the page, from which you have to select "My card pin ".

3. Next chose card type credit card/debit card (You are generating a credit card PIN here so you need to select a credit card PIN and click on “generate now”.

4. Enter the following details and click on submit (bank account number, credit card number, register mobile number).

5. Now you get an OTP on your register mobile number and the OTP must be important for pin generate.

6. Input the OTP under OTP box and click on submit.

After that you see a page then want pin (you enter 4 digit pin chose you’re like) and re-enter the pin for confirm.

Click on “GENERATE NOW” now your pin is generate.
