how to generate Bank of Baroda pin

If you receive your BANK OF BARODA ATM card you will need to activate the card. We are going to discuss in detail the Bank of Baroda PIN Generation.

The bank sent you the ATM card by mail nearest your post office. You need to collect this or the postman delivery at your home.  
Previously the PIN had to be manually collected from the bank. But now update the system. Now you can generate your pin by 2 methods.

1. Your bank passbook account number.

2. register mobile number which is the link to your bank passbook.

3. your ATM card (16 digit card number, card expiry date, C.V.V number)

BY VISITING ATM:-

You can generate your BANK OF BARODA PIN through ATM machine

1. Visit any Bank of Baroda ATM nearest you (the pin generate possible only BANK OF BARODA ATM).

2. Then swipe your card properly inside the ATM machine.

3. Now you see some options on your ATM screen. You need to select your language.

4. Next, select this option “SET/RE-GENERATE PIN”.

5. After that you need to enter your 14 digit account number of your bank passbook. And press “correct” option. 

6. Re-enter the account number and again press the “correct” option.

7. Please enter your 10 digits registered mobile number which you have given when you open your BANK OF BARODA account. And press on “correct”.

8. Re-enter the mobile number and again press “correct”.

9. Now the bank sent a 6 digit verification code {OTP} on your register mobile number. If you receive the OTP then please note down the OTP and remember it.

10. The ATM wants this verification code {OTP}. Enter here the 6 digit code. And press on “correct”. Your account verification process is complete now create your ATM pin.

11. Next enter 4 digit pin as you like. Re-enter the same pin.

Wait for some second and you see “PIN CHANGED SUCCESSFULLY”. You receive the same message on your register mobile number.

Welcome, now your pin is generated. Your card is activating now and you use your card anyway.

Bank of Baroda pin generation through IVR 

you can generate your pin call to customer care number.

You generate the pin so you need to call from your registered mobile number. If you have not yet registered a mobile number, contact your Bank of Baroda branch.

 This is the IVR(interactive voice responses) call type.

You complete your process by press option related button.

1. Now press “2” for account information (you can change your language press by “3” and continue for process)

2. Next press “3”  “debit card & ATM-related services”

3. Please Listen IVR instructions and press “2” (generate new ATM pin)

4. Now enter your last 4 digit account number for accessing your account.

5. After that the IVR wants your 16 digit ATM card number. You need to input the 16 digit card number.

6. Next enter your card expiry date (MM/YY) format.

7. After all, If you do everything correctly the IVR will be asked you to give the new PIN.

8. Enter a 4 digit number. This code can be any four numbers you like. The IVR will ask for re-entering the pin. You need to re-enter the same pin. After that, the IVR says to you “the debit card new pin has registered”

Now your pin is generated. You can use your ATM card. Withdraw money use the 4 digit code.

Bank of Baroda ATM pin re-generation

We do a lot of things online. And we use a variety of passwords to protect our online activities. In that case, it is very natural to forget a password. 4. Enter your 14 digit account number and press the “correct” option. (Do this twice)

5. enter your 10 digits registered mobile number and press on “correct”. (Do this twice)

6. Now the bank sent a 6 digit verification code {OTP} on your register mobile number. 

7. Enter here the 6 digit code. And press on “correct”. 

8. Your account verification process is complete now create your ATM pin

9. Next, enter 4 digit pin as you like. Re-enter the same pin.

Wait for some seconds and you see “PIN CHANGED SUCCESSFULLY”. You receive the same message on your register mobile number.


Now your pin is changed. Your card is activating now and you use your card anyway.




It is very important to have an active mobile number registered with your account number to set/reset the Bank of Baroda Debit Card PIN Generation. Contact your Bank of Baroda branch and register your mobile number if you haven't done it yet.


If you are unable to generate your new debit card PIN, please contact your branch or call the following number 1800 102 44 55 for help for the physical PIN mailer. In that case, no green PIN is required to generate your debit card PIN.
